Shepherd & Wedderburn has announced a boost to its restructuring and insolvency practice with the hire of a three-partner team from HBJ Gateley.
Yvonne Brady (who will become head of the team), Fiona McKerrell and John Gallacher will join the Edinburgh-headquartered law firm in the New Year.
Ms Brady, who has more than 30 years' experience in the insolvency and restructuring market, commented: “Shepherd & Wedderburn has a fantastic pedigree in the restructuring and insolvency market and I am absolutely thrilled to have been asked to head up a large and talented team which boasts top ranked lawyers.”
