Glasgow commercial and corporate legal firm Kergan Stewart has promoted its associate Stephen Smith to partner.
Since joining the firm in 2016, Mr Smith has worked on a number of acquisition, equity fundraising and other deals. Before becoming a lawyer he worked as a trader at a privately owned futures commission merchant.
