MacRoberts has bolstered its corporate team with the appointment of corporate lawyer, Louise Mahon.
Ms Mahon has advised on all areas of corporate law and transactions, including domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions. She has worked in private practice in Scotland, Manchester and London and as an in-house counsel at a private equity firm in London.
