Commercial law firm Davidson Chalmers has appointed commercial property specialist Jim Warnock as a consultant, the Edinburgh-based firm announced today.

Formerly a partner with Morisons, Mr Warnock specialises in the sale and purchase of investment property as well as financing and leasing on behalf of major institutions and large private investors.

At the same time the firm announced the promotion of Lizzy Enayati in commercial property, and Louise Jones who works on environmental, waste and renewables issues, to the role of associate.
