Formal notices of removal from the Roll of Scottish solicitors are now being served on those who have not renewed. Those who wish to remain on the roll of Scottish solicitors are encouraged to contact the registrar team immediately.
Is your firm a multinational practice?
If so, the registered foreign lawyers within your firm should have their renewal papers for the RFL year beginning 1 March shortly. Please keep an eye out for these and submit them in good time.
