Society warns against penalising innocent blue badge holders
The Law Society of Scotland has warned that proposals to reform the blue badge system risk unfairly penalising innocent disabled people whose blue badges are misused through no fault of their own.
Law Society Council agrees to consider fair access campaign proposals
Law Society of Scotland Council members have today, Friday, 22 March, congratulated the Campaign for Fair Access to the Legal Profession (CFALP) for bringing forward detailed reform proposals and have agreed to give the plans more thorough consideration through its Education and Training Committee.
