The seminar will focus on: • The role that Lockton can play in supporting your risk management efforts, against the backdrop of the Master Policy, • The main types of claims which are made under the Master Policy • The impact of risk management in mitigating or even preventing such claims • Some real claims scenarios for discussion Lockton will provide plenty of opportunity for interaction and questions to ensure attendees maximise the benefit of the event ‘take-aways’.   • Matthew Thomson, Client Executive, Lockton


    After qualifying as a solicitor in 2006, Matthew worked in private practice before joining the Law Society in 2011. At the Law Society, Matthew was in the professional practice team, advising members on practice and ethical matters. Matthew joined the Lockton Master Policy Practice Management Team in September 2018 dealing with all aspects of client service and risk management.

    Gail Cook, Client Executive, Lockton 
    Gail has over 30 years of underwriting experience, evaluating the risks and exposures created by professional firms. She previously worked in senior positions at Novae Insurance and Royal & Sun Alliance Insurance. Prior to joining Lockton she held the role of Head of Financial Lines in Zurich. Gail’s role focuses on a mix of client service and risk management
