- Knowledge on how to maintain the required accounting records on a manual system, including maintenance of cash book, client ledger and firms records
- Insight into the steps taken to complete monthly/quarterly reconciliations required by the rules
- Full overview of the compliance requirements of the Accounts Rules
- Understanding on how to complete the Accounts Certificate which must be lodged with the Law Society of Scotland every six months, or annually depending on whether client funds are held
