Find out what the concept, design thinking, actually means and how it can be applied to legal services.

Design thinking is being used more and more frequently by organisations as a creative method for problem solving. As the popularity of design thinking gathers momentum, the Outsourcing, Technology & IP legal team at RBS will present on what the concept actually means and how it can be applied to legal services.

The session will cover:

  • what design thinking means;
  • why it’s so popular;
  • how it’s been used in the RBS Outsourcing, Technology & IP Legal team to date;
  • practical exercises and working through a live example to understand not only the process itself but how to best approach the process as a whole.

This is a free event available exclusively to in-house lawyers and is suitable for anyone who has an interest in the subject. Places will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
