From November 2018, solicitors practising in Scotland are required to complete one hour of mandatory risk management CPD as part of the 20 hours minimum.
Risk of complaints and claims comes in a variety of forms - from the technical, procedural and professional, to changes in regulations and technology.
To mark the new requirements, we are delighted to offer free risk management training to members, in association with RSA Insurance Group, the lead insurer, and Lockton, the broker to the Master Policy.
*Recorded content from the Edinburgh session in November 2018 will be made available online via the new online learning management system, due to be live in early Spring 2019, ensuring all members will be able to complete the one hour mandatory risk management CPD free of charge.

Registration is free but available on a first-come, first-served basis.
