There are different ways you can get involved - we have recommended some starting points below and there are plenty more initiatives led by our partner organisations. We encourage you to explore and decide on the best option for you or your organisation.

Mental health awareness should be a priority for all managers and staff. Register free for See Me's e-learning environment, which helps all staff understand the impact of stigma and discrimination and how to manage conversations in the workplace.
There is already a lot of great wellbeing work going on in so many organisations, so there's no need to reinvent the wheel every time. We encourage you to support other employers to implement effective initiatives by sharing advice your stories. We would be delighted to host your recommendations on Lawscot Wellbeing for everyone to benefit from.
