Nicola Ross appointed to succeed Judith Lea

Judith Lea has retired as clerk to the Scottish Solicitors’ Discipline Tribunal after 15 years of service.
With effect from 30 June 2016 the clerk is Nicola Ross. The Tribunal members and office look forward to working with her. Judith Lea will remain with the Tribunal for a short period as depute clerk to allow continuity and provide assistance as the new clerk settles in. Marjorie Socha also continues as depute clerk to provide support and cover.
The Tribunal chairman wishes Judith Lea well for the future and thanks her for all her hard work in running the Tribunal.
