Family law.

The people I work with… and knowing Friday is five days away!!

Expect nothing, work hard, and take every opportunity even if it takes you down a path you did not expect/plan. The profession is changing; it needs to, to survive.

How long have you been a member of Council, and what have been the highlights?

One year; and understanding how Council meetings run – in the beginning the paperwork and background to matters discussed can be daunting.

How do you keep in touch with local members?

Email, and the agents’ room. Folk can approach me, and do.

What main issues do your members want Council to address?

Legal aid changes, court closures and sep rep – no surprises really!

If you could change only one thing for your members, what would it be?

Free chocolate on a Friday!

What keeps you busy outside of work?

Playing sport – it’s a great work switch-off.
