Following the sold out Vulnerable Witnesses conference in October 2017, this seminar will explore practical advocacy practice and expectations when taking the evidence of vulnerable witnesses. Originally devised for the Criminal Rights of Audience training course, join Angela Gray, Advocate Depute, and chair John Scott QC, Capital Defence Lawyers, to participate in a seminar focused upon pre-trial procedure, recent cases and facilitated guidance on best practice advocacy approaches.
