This one day course gives an introduction to the new EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), due to be enforced from 25 May 2018. Time is rapidly running out for organisations to prepare for this major change in data protection law with its massive potential penalties of up to €20 million or 4% of annual turnover. While many details remain to be clarified there is a great deal which is clear, enabling preparations to be made.
