This half-day workshop will examine how to better manage negative thoughts and turn them into a positive driver of performance.
Everyone has moments of self-doubt and apprehension over whether we can achieve what is being asked of us.
The ability to persevere and retain self-belief is a key attribute for achieving both business and personal success.
This half-day workshop will help participants become more resilient by examining what triggers self-doubt/ negative feelings, how to be aware that it’s happening and how to manage it - leading to enhanced performance, less mental interference and a greater ‘can do' mindset.

- Develop your powers of perseverance with some practical tools and techniques
- Three-stage approach to managing negative thoughts and self-doubt
- Enhanced confidence in dealing with rejection and perceived failure

- Clarity around what you need to start, stop and continue doing in order to build your resilience and greater self-belief
Mark has extensive experience in the design and delivery of people based ‘performance improvement interventions’ for large corporations, SMEs, third sector and public sector bodies.
He has been a retail manager, change management consultant, led various functions including supply chain and operations, human resources, learning and development, and property development for a major multinational company.
Mark is also an associate lecturer with Dundee Business School and a business mentor and coach with the Prince's Trust.
