Training Details

As devolution approaches its twentieth year, it has never been more important to understand how the Scottish Parliament works.

Recent years have seen unprecedented constitutional change, including: devolution of further powers with the Scotland Acts 2012 and 2016; Scottish Independence and European Union referendums; and for the first time, Holyrood refused consent for Westminster legislation - the EU Withdrawl Bill - in May 2018.

Attend this essential event to get an up-to-date brief on how the Scottish Parliament operates in law and practice, how to engage with the institution and where the legislative process in Scotland goes next.
