The Team:
The Society’s CPD & Training team is seeking a commercially minded events organiser to work on a range of commercial conferences, seminars and courses. There is also a non commercial aspect to the job, in relation to delivering other events for colleagues across the Society, including roadshows, networking events and dinners. Our aim is to become the largest and best provider of CPD training to the legal profession. Consequently, it is vital that new team members understand the team ethos and contribute positively to it.

You must be action-orientated, outcome focused, highly personable and possess commercial acumen. It is also vital that you have excellent IT skills with experience of a range of web and event management tools.
You will be given autonomy and responsibility to make decisions – strategic and financial. We expect you to take ownership of several key areas and to continually refine and improve our offering. You will be expected to manage the event onsite and to represent our organisation in a way that is commensurate with our reputation and expected standards.
